pare tayo gamit na strings. pero i use hybrid. synthetic ang cross ko. check mo range ng tension ng racquet mo. if you're using poly for the whole string bed, im sure wala kang problema sa "LONGEST" period na magagamit mo sya.

Kevlar/aramid/technora strings used to be popular for its durability, nothing else. No top 20 players use this kind of string anymore. Agassi was the last user of this kind of string(ashaway).
Current players prefer Luxilon (poly)over any kevlarstring. I still have a few kevlar in case there are still interested buyers. Ashaway, Gosen and Forten

what renald says is very true... kevlar is something that would only contribute for its durability in hybrids... nothing else... unless you use your racket for protective purposes (i heard of someone claiming that he tested shooting a strung racket of ashaway kevlar 14g and it got caught in the strings... but dont rely on that...  Grin Grin Grin
i would like to tell you renald that you sure do know alot about strings and equipment!! Your knowledge is always greatly appreciated...

naks naman silver!! suggestion ko pare... pag one handed backhand kasi try mo lower tensions ilagay mo para less intense sa arm... ang one handed backhand kasi tinatarget tlga kung saan naaapektohan ang tennis elbow eh... pati kung magpopoly ka, especially PROHURRICANE TOUR (mabilis kasi mamatay ung strings na un eh... patay=kunat) magpaparestring ka around every 1-2 months... pero for now, cold compress on the elbow should work...  Grin Grin Grin

The rule of thumb is dont use poly or kevlar unless its a necessity. Most syn gut  will play and feel better than any polyester or copolymer string including hurricane tour and alu power. Professionals use this because it last longer and more control. In case you are not aware, poly strings should be replaced weekly. It is not designed to play until it breaks. It haS POOR tension maintainance although copolymer holds tension better than polyester. You should only consider using it when you break your string in 6 hours of playing or less when using syn gut. It is also very harsh on your arm. Bottomline, not for club players.

babolat3216, since gusto mo naman ng kevlar, yung toalson hybrid na lang buy mo. matibay ang less vibration.

Kevlar produces more vibration than poly in general but holds tension better
