  Well in that case, my source was not right......but a proof is all i need to change my mind
  Anyway, in respect to sir SLP... I think Ed Puno should still has concern on this matter considering that he heads JUNTAPHIL
  because those who are complaining are mostly the JUNIORS.......
  That makes him still one of the man to raise this concern to PHILTA... am i right? 

   I don't want to say something on teaching him how to do it... but he's already knowledgeable on such cases....
   Siguro may na miss lang siya.... I still see him as the MAN.... yeah... "HE IS THE MAN!!!"

medyo mahigpit sila ngayon. i was advised that PINs should be paid first before they could allow you to join philta- sanctioned tournaments.

Pay directly to Philta because Philta is the one issuing the PIN. It's a must to have PIN.

 You want to join Philta sanction tournament... Buy a pin card... and check schedules  of open tournaments .. usually  if you are not seeded you have to join the qualifying and elimination tournaments.. in order to enter the main draw...
