Age groupers pa kami ako 16 at si karl 14 and laro namin if we use USTA ratings 3.0 - 3.5 depende sa gising hehehe pero mas accurate si Karl lefty kasi ako hirap mag adapt. Dito lang kami Sa Diamond Village, Salawag, Dasmarinas, Cavite. If u are familiar with SM-Molino we are about 10 minutes ride going to Paliparan or GMA. Kung may malapit sa amin na mga taga PTO welcome kayo maglaro sa Tennis Court namin no charges except ballboys just txt me or my erpat 09208530495 especially weekends we are more than willing to have you as guests..

the challenger and the challenged player should both agree on the venue, date and time of the match.

2 days ung tournament.  I-distribute n lng natin ung players.  Round-robin match if time allows.  Importante makalaro lahat.  Eto ung dates natin:
 April 21 (Sat)
 April 28 (Sat)

Venue is not yet finalized.  For now Rizal pero mas maganda kung may bubong para hindi mainit and just in case umulan.

join din ako kung p`wede...kasi april 12 pa ang uwi ko with my family from saudi.. up to may 25..kaya lang over 50 na ako. wala bang age bracket?.. sa st.martin village (sucat, pque.) ako nag-eestay malapit sa elorde complex.

With 14 entries, round robin yan is a total of 91 matches. Over 2 days around 45 matches a day. Maski half an hour per match lang mga 22 and one half hours na court time per day. Maski sa citadella kung 2 court mga 11 hrs and 15 minutes per court gamit. Halos kalahating araw takbo tournament pag round robin at 30 minutes per match with 2 courts being used. Maski proset yata mahirap 30 minute matches. Pag iset 1 hour per match, double yong court time per day. Mga whole day and night sa citadella.

On the next round we'll have 5 players from each team.  Then well have two matches per player (bunutan kung sino makakalaban).  Then the top 2 players with the most points will play for the final round.

Ahldrin, nung naglaro kayo ng best of 3 sets mga gano kayo katagal?  Lumagpas ba ng 1 hour?  Per team kasi iniisip ko halfday ung mga matches.  Bka kasi masyado matagal kung best of 3 sets... bka maging 1 set lng laro natin.

I'm still verying the venue and dates of the matches.

I suggest instead of team, you call them groups. A team usually connotes cooperation and working together to attain an objective, and in this case they'll be competing against each other. Also, it would help if after the elimination, you would only have 4 players advancing. This way you can have them play round robin if you want since there will only be a total of 6 matches.  I don't think it would be that big a problem to take care of if one of your groups only has 3 players. Having 5 players playing 2 matches each would not be as objective an assessment of who the best player is because luck would play a part in who gets to play who. Also, to have 5 players playing 2 matches each, one of them would have to play 3 matches to complete the required number of matches per player. Having 5 players play 2 matches is a total of 7 matches.

Hi Ace,

I can see that my two boys are both bracketed in the RED GROUP is there any way to separate them so they will get the experience of playing diffrent players than having against each other so early in the tournament. They are used to play against each other every practice so that it would be better if they are given separate assignments. hope that is doable..

Hi Ace!  Since April 21 and 28 both fall on a Saturday, mga 5:00 p.m. onwards pa yun available.  If you can schedule April 22 and 29 (Sunday), we might have exclusive use of at least 1 court with another court available kung wala darating na maglalaro.
