hello tennis players!!
my name is FRANCIS CASEY ALCANTARA. 14yrs.old and im currently the number in the philippines in under 14. im from cagayan de oro city, i started playing tennis at the age of 6.. student of XAVIER UNVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL ATENEO DE CAGAYAN... and i've been to different places to play the game...

Hi Francis, Welcome! Congratulations on your tournament. When is your nxt tournament so we get to watch you guys? Anyways, do you train in Manila or in Cagayan de Oro? And if Cagayan de Oro, is it adequate enough? |

Hi Nino! Bakit ka natalo sa 14 & under. Hindi ka nag hard training kaya ka kinapos. Pagsabihan ko si Jun Toledo to work you hard. When are you going to Thailand? Good Luck on your next tournament.

i think i read somewhere(yehey sports ata) na he had a bout of cramps on the second set after a tight first set(sana tama yung info ko kasi it has been a week already, hehehe) |

Nino, anong sabi saiyo ng mga coaches natin sa japan noong nagpunta ka. Di bah kailangan mong mang hard workout dahil mahina ang lower parts mo. you have to discipline yourself wakeup early morning and run, do some basic training push-ups and sit-ups if you don't have trainer.

14 unde po und sasalihan ko sa orange bowl.. opo!!! mahina po talaga ang footwork ko sabi ni kuya camoy at ni kuya bobby.. kalaban ko po si MATSUO YUKI of japan bukas.. 4th seed po xa sa tournament,,.. sana matalo ko po xa.. wish me luck!!!
