Please disregard if there’s already a topic like this.
Who’s your favorite tennis player of all time for now and why?
Sa akin si Roger Federer! I started playing tennis a little serious and watch it on tv in 2008, and Federer had already tremendous achievements on top of being so dominant for a no. of years, and that’s aside from being a cool person, that’s probably captivated me the most.

Marami akong paboritong players. They are unique on their own style like Stefan Edberg for his nice and smooth serve and volley motion,Sampras and Federer are similar style, Mc Enroe for his tenacity on court, Bjorn Borg for his coolness,Ivan for his blitzkreig FH, Si Kumparing Boris Becker for his acrobatic style, etc.....

Roger Federer! Because of his aggressive/offensive style and shotmaking. He's like manny paquiao, a puncher and will take the fight to you. Unlike some other top players who are like marquez a counterpuncher who are just waiting for you to make a mistake.
He don't waste fan's time by spending too much time in between points. That's why most of his matches with similar no. of games with other top players are sometimes 1/4 or even 1/3 less match time.

Wag mong iisiping nagagalit ako for your negative reaction to us Counter Puncher's I don't agree with your silly waiting a mistake. Mainly ang mga offensive/aggresive playstyle, gagamitin na nila kaagad yung power nila sa simula. Pag pinahaba mo ung rally mas humihina ng humihina ang power nila. They have to finish the point as soon as possible. Pero si Federer hindi sa Aggresive/Offensive he is an All Arounder , I respect him for being good at defending and attacking. Pero sabi nga ng coach ko dito "Tennis is like chess , There will always be a move" Sabi nga ni Mikki - "walang the best kasi iba iba ang players iba iba ang needs iba iba taste iba iba ang preference." Mainly ang mga Counterpunchers/Punchers/Baseline D's are one hard to defeat , Si Nadal nga e Counter Puncher na Aggresive , Maganda ang Court Coverage ng mga Baseline D's at si Nadal meron nun.

Stefan Edberg. Next would be Andre Agassi. The chain smoking Karsten Braasch deserve honorable mention to for whipping a boastful Serena Williams in their battle of the sexes match.

NoVaK dJokoVic --- as expert says, he is a complete player with good charisma and terrific personality... ( not boring like the other you know who hehehe ) go NOLE!!!
for the womens i say it's KIM Clijsters... she is a Very good player esp. on hard courts, with good character that womens tennis is now lacking. she is a model player for the younger generation for her professionalism, athleticism and being respectful to others not just to co-player but even the staff of any tournament..
