Can anybody give me a suggestion on what I can use with my new shoes to make the insole last longer?  I typically eat up the insole quickly particularly at the big toe down to the ball joint area with the way I move.  So the shoes still look good outside but I dig a hole inside.  I want to make it last longer.  I heard of gel insoles.  Are those any good?  Do I need to cut them to fit inside?  Any suggestions where I can go to purchase?

Most sports stores have planet sports, toby's, etc... there's also a gel smart booth in trinoma... have no experience with them but i suggest you go to gel smart they have a lot of different products there  Grin Grin

my friend had a tube, not sure about the name - SHOE GO. he poured it in his outsole and when it dried-up,naging goma cya at natakpan ung butas.

siguro, pwede rin sa insole, yet buy na rin a new sockliner.

I think BioFresh (socks section in dept store), they have various gel insole products that you could choose from depends on what your feet or insoles need.. Grin

i bought a gel smart for my sister who likes to run and i can say that its durable. considering also that gel smart, according to the sales person, is a sister company of phiten. im not sure how accurate that statement is but durability wise its two thumbs up. Cool
