Before you play, do on-court warm-up followed by dynamic streching.  After play, do the traditional static streching.

On-court warm-up consists of light hitting, no high-intensity movements. Move your feet around the court.

Dynamic stretches mimic the tennis movements. For me, I do shuffle, high knees, walk lunges, kick-butt, carioca and racquet swings.  Oh, yes I do also jumping jack.

Probably, you already know a set of static streching.

Sure, Fabs. I'll try.  Yung carioca medyo mahirap.  Sa iba tango steps ang tawag.
Shuffle is like joging sideways; kick-butt (can be done in one spot or moving)- on each step, raise your heel toward your butt as if you were trying to kick your behind; high-knee can be done after the kick-butt, when moving forward or backward bring your knees up higher and closer to your waistline, imagine bringing your knees up to your chest; walk-lunge is doing front lunge while walking forward or backward.
Racquet swing is doing your ground strokes and service motion without the ball.

Do not overdo. The key is gradual increase of movement.

Thanks for asking.
