Ang hirap. First Lesson palang kanina ng coach ko dito sa Laos , Vientiane and he's teaching me Topspins. Pero ang problema ko Left Handed ako... Pagpapalo ako sa left side ko lagi natatamaan.. Okey na man daw ung pag palo ko at ung spin ko daw Good naman.. Pero di ko mapatama sa Right side.. nor the middle.. Nagagawa ko naman ung follow through.. pero pag gusto ko patamain sa middle either pataas sha na parang lob.. or papuntang left

Pede magpatulong? or Videos na pede ako matulungan?

So palo lang ng palo and mind the instructions of your coach.

Videos? Try youtube. To start with, try to search FuzzyYellowBalls. Marami silang collection ng tennis video instructions.

Hintay mo din iba pang feedback ng mga ibang members dito.

No need to worry.  I also experienced this when I started out.  Just be patient and don't rush your strokes.   Wink

Well Thanks Sir Francis.. That helped me alot.. But this Training Session is only for 1 hour every sundays and saturdays.. But then.. I knew that I was not using an Semi Western Forehand. Which will help me to make more easier Topspins.. I was using an Continental and my Trainer told me to. But then now I know to hit better shots.. Then I also knew while here at home I was experimenting my follow through.. then suddenly knew how to hit it in the middle.. He told me that my wrist must not move and my arm is strong.. So now I knew that I must MOVE my Body instead of my arm.. Thats why I always get it in the left side. and My follow through.. I made a video of my follow through and realized I was really wrong.. My racquet's swing was great at the left side.. and the racquet point's in the left side. which was my problem.. once I swing low to high I swing it to the left side not the Middle.. Though my contact point is right and my spin is good my swing is the problem.. am I right? How should I fix this?
