kelangan lng po ng magttraining sa amin. ilang season na kc kmi wlang coach. nagkaroon kmi last month pero biglang umalis pmuntang singapore. full time coach dpat lalo na ngaun plano na din nmin mag full-time sa training. goal daw kc ngaun na idevelop ulit ang tennis team. bale start from scratch kmi. 6k monthly daw ang salary according sa athletic director nmin. pag gumanda ang standings ng team, may increase. ndi nman required na highly experienced coach pero syempre better kung ganun. basta knowledgable sa tennis pwde na. tska ung serious about the team.

Malakas to nong 70's, nagchachampion. Ngayon P 6,000/month coach. Palagay natin 2 hrs a day, 5 days a week, at least 40 hrs a month, papatak P 150/hr. Parang rate ng ballboy na marunong pumalo.

oo nga, mas malaki pa kita ng mga hiting partnrs per ora...

gnun po sabi sakin eh. pag nag improve daw ang standings ng team ga2win 10k. wala din ako masyado alam sa mga budget budget nmin. i'm just a college player looking for someone to coach our team. doesn't really matter to me how big our allowance is. we joined the team because we want to compete, not because we want those incentives. kahit ung scholarship nmin ndi full, doesn't matter. kung tutuusin kaya nman naming mgbayad ng sariling tuition fee. hehe. part of the package lng tlga ang allowance at scholarship. :-)

yeah mapua tennis team used to be so strong. actually til now we have the most number of tennis championships. i don't know what happened.

Yes para sa inyong students it doens't really matter. Yung pride lang to represent your school is already incentive enough but if you're looking for a coach 8k won't suffice. Hindi naman nya kailangan ng pride to represent UST since yung mga established coaches has already proven themselves during thier days playing for their own alma matter. What they need is income to support their family

May I please suggest that teams like this join something like a Sports Scholarship Program (SSP) where they can get good quality of training without the hardship of paying much, provided that these players are committed with what would give them best results.
