Capadocia beat Ma Ka Man 6-1;6-4 then Ao Gai (Chn) 6-2;6-3 to advance to the quarters

Vietnamn ITF G5

Jurence Mendoza won 3 matches in straight sets to advance to the quarters.  Nguyen and Tanpoco also won in striahgt sets to advance to the round of 16.

Also in another tournament in UAE, Kirksteen Rebuyas won beat Dominik Thusing (Ger) 6-3;6-1 and Oray Cezik of Turkey 6-1;6-0 to enter the quarterfinals.

Marian Jade Capadocia beats Miki Kobayashi of Japan 7-5;6-3 to win the Girl's Singles of the Hongkong Open Junior Championship. This win will give her 40 itf junior points.

In Vietnam, Jurence Mendoza is in the finals after beating Nam Hoang Ly in the semis 6-4;6-4. He will face the top seeded Taiwanese Lee Li-lun in tomorrow's finals. The girl's event will feature an all-pinoy finals between Tamitha Nguyen and Maika Jae Tanpoco (Nguyen beat Song An of Korea 6-2;3-6;6-4 and Tanpoco beat Cabajawad of Sweden 6-4;6-4).
