it's your rating... parang class A, B, or C...not sure though how it's objectively rated...

The A, B , C classification in the Philippines varies a bit from region and city.

Normally you can say category C-player is NTRP  3 to 3.5
And B player NTRP 4, a strong B-player NTRP 4.5.

An A-player usually NTRP 5. Men presently  ranked around 5-15 in the Philippines NTRP 5.5. Top player like J Arcilla, J Patrombon NTRP 6. ATP Challenger player 6.5. ATP top 100, NTRP 7

The NTRP rating scale actually is from 1.5 (beginner just learning the game, and D- level 2.0 and 2.5) up to seven. My level is 4.5.

I played very tennis little as young, was more into football and some other sports. Took up tennis some 15 years ago, and been playing 4 times a week since then and otherwise involved in elite tennis. That time I was 40 years old and then it is difficult to improve up to 5.0 level.

I have taken some 100 instruction hours over the years from some 10 good internationaal coaches. Now, after completing a certification program (MTM - Modern tennis methodology, Oscar Wegners method) I am part time tennis coach myself.

Sir SLP, I am presently based in Visayas. Plan to move to Manila after 1-2 years, probably Muntilupa/alabang area....or any area with many good courts (preferably covered hard courts) and also ambitious age groupers, plus beginners and intermediate also...

Any suggestion than M/Alabang?
