Maganda ung biomimetic 500 lite.. Really good sha.. for me as a 1st yr high.. Sobrang light.

I think My Head TiS6 is lighter than your Biomemetic.

It's my first tennis racket that my uncle gave me. It sure is very maneuverable but I'm forced to create my own pace and power too much.. I still like it and will still use it for doubles but I'm saving up for a heavier racket preferably the Pure Drive GT. I tested it before and it worked well for me, it seems easier to control and position the ball and since it has more weight, there's less vibrations for my arm and less stress when receiving heavy paced and spinning balls. Plus, I love the cortex technology, I can feel it working on my every shot Smiley

Just an unsolicited advice for those new to racquet selection...

Be careful to distinguish between "light" and "head-light", and between "heavy" and "head-heavy".
Light/Heavy is about the weight of the racquet.
Head-hight/Head-heavy is about the balance of the racquet.

Light racquets are usually under 10oz (10.5oz at most).
Light racquets are usually even-balanced or head-heavy (heavier towards the head), so the racquet momentum provides power.
Light racquets are usually for beginners and intermediate players, who have slow-to-moderate swing speeds.

Heavy racquets are usually over 11.5oz or more.
Heavy racquets are usually head-light (heavier towards the handle).  It's the person's swing that provides most of the power and stability.
Heavy racquets are usually for advanced players, who have developed strokes and can guide the racquet's weight well to control the shot.

Good luck in your racquet search!  Smiley
