Hi Guys,

As you can see we haven't updated to the latest code base of SMF. It is recommended for us to update the version of this forum to solve some bugs and vulnerabilities.

Guys, I am going to update the system today. If you encounter errors please let me know. I am temporarily activating Maintenance mode.

Version updated to latest 1.1.14, package 2.0 is the new package available and 1.1.14 will only be supported till next year.

Upgrading to 2.0 requires a little effort compared to updating to the same package so I am scheduling this probably next week.

I will have to back up the forum and check if the current theme is supported in the latest package. If not, then will change the theme of the forum.

Any suggestions/comments?

Thanks a lot Admin Jong. Upgrading to 2.0 would be ideal.
The current theme is fine but if possible to have several themes and let the member have the option to select a preferred theme would be nice.
I am currently not using the default but am using ApolloBB.

i thought i saw the light at the end of the tunnel but it turns out it was just me hitting myself on the face with a racket!

admin jong, that's good news! as long as this version is stable and doesn't have reported bugs.. why not di ba? sana they upgraded the security engines in this version.

question lang admin, is this a beta version? i hope not Cheesy

admin jong pahabol lang. eto e "nice to have" lang naman. sana pwede yung magpost ka ng url link tapos automatic na magkakaron ng embedded preview just like sa fb. no need to type the scripts. wish list lang naman  Grin
