Mendoza, Patromonio and Nguyen will compete in this tournament starting today. They will open up against light weight Indian oponents.  Good wins will boost up their ranking as this is a B1 tournament and will offer high ranking points (higher than Grade 1 and just a notch lower than a grandslam).

Nguyen beat Saraf 6-0;6-0
Mendoza lost to Nautiyal 6-4;5-7;0-2 retired.... baka may sakit o injury.

This must be qualifying rounds. For such a high grade tournament, you should not expect weak competition.

Main draw na.... only Asians are allowed to compete here and the top Asian players are playing in the tune up events for the French Open thus Patrimonio et al are seeded.
