Problema ko po kung pano ko itotoss yung bola ng maayos at para consistent siya. Meron po ba kayong tips para dito?

Hello!

I have posted this in the "How to lessen double faults?" section. 

A good toss is essential if you want to improve your delivery, but think of it as "ball release" not "ball toss."  When you begin your toss, hold the ball gently.  Your arm and fingers should be relaxed and about waist-high.  Slowly drop your arm below your waist with the palm slightly turned up, then move it slowly and steadily upward.  Release the ball when your arm is fully extended and can't go up any higher.
