My condolences to Reyes Family.

I personally blame the media and the hearing for the tragedy. I blame the practice of "trial by publicity". I blame the excuse of "in aid of legislation."

every accused is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Rabusa said the "pabaon (send-off) system" has been the practice in the military for the last 20 years."

i agree with you, puro pa-pogi points mga politicians natin. dapat ang role nila parang mga ISO Auditors. Investigate, evaluate and suggest necessary corrective measures not to happen again. Or create laws that will serve as a reference of appropriate fines or penalties if crime was committed with the same nature.

i sympathize.
