nope. baka lalo lumala at tumagal pa healing time. ok lang maghintay at matagal pa tennis career ko hehhehehhehe
basta kelangan at 92 y.o. eh nandun pa rin kina-career ko pa rin ang tennis! hahahahahha

Nuong early 20's pa pwede basta ndi paa. Kung paa man 1-2 days pahinga lang tapos laro na. Ngayong nasa early 30's na malabo na un. Kailangan buwan o sobra pa lalo na sa paa.

mahirap ata pag paa ang injured.
i have this lingering wrist pain, pero laro pa rin. di kakayanin pag 2x a week na.

oo nga tantyahin din yung nararamdaman, kung kaya i-tolerate ung pain why not, kc yung sakin, nung nilaro ko parang nakatulong, unti unti nawala rin...but of course may rest pa din as always

as for me, i didn't suffer from any major injury but whenever i am injured like a sprained ankle bruised knee, i'll take it slow and let it recover. whenever there is an injury you must take into account that it can worsen if you abuse it. the better remedy would be to take care of it and recover then go back again to playing the game that we all love. TENNIS NA!!!

Yes, I still play even when I'm injured. In fact I have a tennis/golfer's elbow that won't go away as well as shoulder tendinitis but they don't stop me from playing everyday (yesterday I played 6 sets and today 4 sets). I know I shouldn't but I'm such a tennis freak
