Kung para sa tennis, tingin ko saba lang na saging.  Ung kc kinakain ko habang naglalaro.  Pero kung sa ibang laban, marami dyan.

i would attest that physical conditioning is more important prior to matches. last sunday am at citadella, i lost all 2 sets to my son. di na pala pwede ung once a week matches against a 3-4 times a week player. i could tell na la ako legs nun.
siguro, need to trim down some fats (just like mardy) and jog or bike to give extra power on legs...

totally agree ako dito sir smiley. May nakalaro kming 65yrs. old japanese, si Jinpei, sa Bacoor who just finished 3 games at pang apat nya kami. I'm 41 pero mas nauna pa akong hiningal sa kanya. Everyday player sya against a twice a month player like me. No match talaga.

For physical conditioning, why not try jogging for 10k 3 times a week and swim 30mins 3 times a week.

drew, kaya mo to? astig! sigurado tatagal ka ng more than 3 sets nyan sa isang malupit na bakbakan ng singles!

For physical conditioning, why not try jogging for 10k 3 times a week and swim 30mins 3 times a week.

(pa OT po.)hahaha! naaalala ko tuloy dati. nag tryout ako ng swimming varsity pre pero di ako tumagal kasi 50laps yung tryout. di na din ako tumuloy kasi naisip ko, sa swimming, pag napagod ka, di ka pwedeng tumigil sa gitna para magpahinga kundi sigurado lunod ka! hahahaha! buti ka pa may time pa mag jogging. ako, sobrang antok na after office.

hehehe!  Malabo pre.  Ung jogging lang ginagawa ko after office pero swimming isang beses lang.  Di kaya ng katawan ko ung swimming.  Hirap, kinapos ako sa swimming.
