Mukha namang solid pa so palagay ko walang space in between yan kaya walang crack.

Yeah, hard to say from the photo, but I'll have to say I'm suspicious.
It's not unusual for a racket to have some signs of paint overspray, paint ooze or some other paintjob imperfection. Sometimes, the grommet hole drilling process can cause some grommet hole imperfections especially on the inside part of the head, and some of these become visible only after the racket is strung and under stress.
However, there is a straight line going from the top thru the bottom grommets, then there are also straight angled lines that are radiating away from the grommets. These lines look like signs of stress fractures to me. If these are in fact stress fractures, I would guess that the stringing machine used here was probably a 2-point mount like a Neos, Ektelon or something similar, and God forbid, maybe even a dropweight.
If I'm not mistaken, this is a Microgel Instinct racket. I don't think the Instinct has a twin-tube construction. Hairline stress fractures do not usually breach the paint topcoat when they're new because clear topcoats are usually more flexible than basecoats. But, when stress fractures turn into full-blown cracks the paint will definitely start chipping. I haven't seen this type of cosmetic imperfection on the Instincts, or any other Microgel rackets for that matter, that I've worked on.
But, it really needs a closer look, maybe even with a magnifying glass, to determine if its just a factory imperfection or a stress fracture. As burosky says, just keep on playing, but I would just suggest that you watch out for these and make sure they don't get any worse.

Addendum:
If the straight line that goes thru the grommet is consistent around the inside of the head, it could also be excess material flashing from the molding process that wasn't thoroughly sanded down. This excess flashing happens when material seeps out thru the gap between the two halves of the racket mold. If this is the case, the racket is ok.
The other lines that radiate out from the grommet holes at angle are the problematic ones.

Thanks! =D Salamat po sa support hehe

Long time ago, I have a customer with similar problem. It was also a head racket. I sent it to the local distributor for replacement but they said it was only cosmetic, they assured me though that in case the problem becomes more obviouse, they will replace it. They advised the owner to just keep on using it since there is 1 year warranty so it can be replaced if ever the problem progresses.
One year lapsed, the racket did not break. In fact the owner tried hitting as hard as he can, hoping the line will get bigger.
If it is really a crack, it should appear within one year if used regularly.
