We are XL Tennis an affilliation club with UWIC Tennis Academy,the academy is located in Wales,England. An 14 courts with indoor and outdoor facilities. This Tennis Academy is seeking for a Tennis Head Coach as urgent as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of the Tennis program necessary to accomplish objectives of the sport within the guidelines of the Cardiff Sport Council, The Welsh National Tennis Centre and Academy rules rules.
Responsible for managing the Tennis Academy, which includes memberships, court scheduling, recruiting of members, financial accounting and hours of operation.
* Select, supervise and evaluate coaches.
*Manage the academy budget.
*Market and promote XL Tennis Academy program.
*Ability to effectively analyze and teach the fundamental tennis skills and strategies of
the sport.
*Plans Game-Day Tactics and Skill InstructionYour Responsibilities:
Salary is: 4,300 POUNDS
