Similar to the ff: LM Radical 98 K blade 98 Aero gel 300 T fight 295 Prince Tour(orange)
Its a light control racket. MOst control rackets are heavier

Might give us a better idea if you can give some context. 1) Why do you want to try it? 2) What is your current racket? 3) What are you expecting from this particular racket performance-wise in comparison to your current racket?

Hi sir Racketwiz! 1. It seems to be a lighter frame without compromising control and power. 2. I am currently using Technifibre T-fight 320 VO2 Max which is a great racket but a little heavy on my arm. 3. I am expecting a friendlier shock upon impact with the ball. My current racket is great and it really suits my playing style, however, it just feels a little heavy for my arm. I am just worried that I might get tennis elbow from using it. Thanks!

Although the Tecni is about 5 pts more headlight than the FXP Rad, swingweight and flex are similar. Weight, of course is the biggest difference here, about 20+ g, and the FXP has a tighter string pattern. Overall, you may find that the FXP offers less power, but a slightly faster swingspeed might compensate for that given that it’s much lighter. Going from a heavyweight stick to a lightweight frame might give you some stroke timing issues for which you might also have to compensate for. It might also feel head-heavier and stiffer even though specs suggest similar swingweight and flex ratings for both rackets. Reason for this is that the FXP has more mass on the upper half of the racket as suggested by balance and the frame would work to resist that mass on impact. Add the denser string pattern and you get the possible stiffer feel. It may not also absorb the kind of shock that the heavier Tecni does so this could also give you a different feel. But, if weight is the major issue and the Tecni works for you, I would suggest going for the similar but lighter Tecni TFight 295 VO2 which is on renald’s list above. This model weighs about the same as the FXP Rad but should retain most of your current racket’s characteristics, so I would think that a switch to a familiar frame will ease the transition. I would also suggest to demo the FXP Rad if you can just for comparative purposes. But I think the 295 VO2 is your best bet. renald can help you with that, I’m sure.

Thank you very much for your feedback sir racketwiz!
I might consider changing my techni to a lighter version but my arm may still be adjusting from the weight since I just shifted from a microgel radical mp.
Nevertheless, thank you for the advice!

Ang pagkakaintindi ko po sa racquet science na yan, if you have a long and fast swing, head light po ang bagay sa stroke mo. kung short swing ka naman, you'll be leaning more on head-heavy racquets. if you want to read the more geeky stuff found on the net, share ko po yung mga nabasa ko..but from experience po, without all the "mambo-jumbo" ng pagiging super techy sa specs, best way to know what racquet is best for you is to actually test it and feel it against your strokes first hand. dun mo po talaga mararamdaman yung effect ng lahat ng mga technical details na sinasabi nila. if you have not developed your own style of play yet then you may play around with different racquets and different types of strokes to find what best suites you. pero kung meron ka nang comfortable stroke para sayo, then you can pretty much narrow down your choices between heavy and light racquets. from my experience po, repetitive practice parin ang mas makakapag bigay satin ng consistency and power sa mga stroke natin and not the racquet. the racquet will just compliment your style of play http://tennis.about.com/od/racquetsballsstringing/a/controlpower.htmhttp://twu.tennis-warehouse.com/learning_center/specsandspeed.phpsir Speedtrap, kaw ba yung nag text sakin to ask about my Head Flexpoint Radical Team racquet na forsale?
