these past few week ends ang bilis kong makapoy. maglalaro kami usually doubles. tapos lahat ng serves ko reliable either power or un my spin. groundstrokes and volley ok din. halfway through the match minsan lamang ng lamang kami pero napapagod ako agad. end result nakakahabol ang kalaban tapos natatalo kami. nakakaasar lang pag ang laki ng lamang namin.

Pinaka maganda mong gawin ay mag consulta sa doktor mo.  Kahit ano man ang ipayo sa 'yo ng mga tao dito, ang tanging paraan para makasigurado ka ay sa doktor mo.  Maraming possibleng dahilan yan.  Lalo na kung bigla na lang nagsimula at bigla mong nararamdaman.  Most likely it's nothing serious.  Pero habang maaga magpaappointment ka na.

Understandable 'yan.  Ako man natakot din magpadoktor noon.  Sinabihan ako mag pa blood test.  Hindi ko ginawa dahil takot ako sa resulta.  About a year ago nagkaroon ako ng palpitation at minor chest pain.  Sa sobrang kaba ko napilitan ako magkonsulta.  Lumabas sa blood test ko mataas ang cholesterol at patuloy na tumataas.  Akalo ko dahil nag tetennis ako madalas tama na yon.  Hindi pala sapat.  Dapat bantayan din ang kinakain at mag excercise at least 30 minutes per day.  In hindsight, buti na lang nagkaroon ako ng incident na ganoon.  Kung hindi, hindi ko naagapan ang pagtaas ng cholesterol ko.  Siguro ngayon malubha na ko.

Bro, hindi sa tinatakot kita.  Gusto ko lang i-share yung experience ko.  Mas maganda talaga kung habang maaga makita kung ano ang problema para maagapan pa.  Kung hindi baka maging huli na ang lahat.

nde nmn ako ganito dati. natakot lang ako nung minsan na nagpacheck ako tapos my blood chem. nde ata marunong mag extract ng dugo ung nurse. so ginawa nya tinusok nya ung syringe tapos inijot ikot dun sa pinag tusukan. nag pasa na medyo maskit yung braso ko. hehehe....

I have a friend who used to complaint of things like this. He's a tennis player and plays golf too but he noticed that after a while he get's tired easily. Then one day while hitting some ball in the driving range he suddenly fell. Good thing he had a friend with him who immediately dialed 911 and was rushed to the hospital.

Visit your doctor have those test done. What you don't know might be hurting you more.

hey guys thanks for all your concern. nagpacheck ako kanina so far so good nmn ang result bp normal cholesterol is at a normal rate and blood sugar. sabi ni doc probably it was heat exhaustion dahil sa weather condition ngaun. weird lang nde nmn ako nagkaganito nung nasa Dubai ako. so far ang advice sakin is to drink lots of fluids. more than the usual intake before the summer season. saka as much as possible avoid playing pag tirik na tirik ang araw. Smiley

dati napapagod ako aftr kalahating oras lng. tapos meron ako nadiskuber na drink para di ako mapagod kaagad. iniinum ko ung "slim fast" high protein drink na meron 15g of protein at 24vitamins & minerals (powder mix cya,vanilla flvr). ihahalo ko cya sa warm water at lalagyan ko cya ng isa't kalhating scoop. mula nuon umiinom ako ng slim fast naglalast na ako sa court lampas ng dalawang oras. madalas pa imiinom ako ng dalawang ibuprofen pain reliever,dahil sumasakit na ung shoulders ko Sad. and sarap ng pakiramdam ko para akong lumulutang,parang walang katapusan ung energy ko. and feeling ko para akong naka drugs pero hindi drug ung gamot. pain reliever lang cya.

In my case, takot talaga din akong magpatingin sa doctor. Bp ko 180/110 at marami na akong narandaman pero hindi pa rin ako pumupunta sa doctor. I play everyday at syempre madaling mapagod compared before noong player pa ako. Sumasakit ang batok ko at minsan nahihilo. Takot akong sabihan ako ng doctor na may sakit ako kaya gusto deretso na para walang problema.

Severe hypertension na yang 180/110, kailangan mo na talaga magpatingin sa doctor. Napakadelikado na nyan. Pag tumagal pa, maapektohan ibang organs like kidney and eyes. Kailangan face the problem head on, hinde madala na yan sa denial. Kayang kaya mo naman yan dahil dati kang athlete. Pero kung ayaw talaga patingin lifestyle change lalo na diet. Wag masyado kain ng pagkain na mataas saturated fat, mga baboy at baka. Yang bahala na puede lang yan sa binata, ikaw ba binata.

Yup SLP tama si ginger. Mahirap na pag biglang umatake yan. We have to maintain our health lalo na yung PTO members who's income come from the love of tennis.

ganyan din ung biyenan ko dati, kala niya ung 180/110 is his normal bp. he don't drink his prescribed medicene. and one morning, they found him dead in the other room. probably, due to hypertension.
better monitor your bp. If prescribed, drink your maintenance drugs regularly. and if its expensive- buy Generics.  Wink
also to remember, Hypertension usually attacks in the morning. Glasses of water in the morning would give washing to your blood and internal organs too..

Its normal to have high blood pressure when youre in-game. But if you have a BP out of the normal range 119/79 and below, be ready for complications.

Ako din I suffer palpitation and I still dont know kung anong dahilan. Im suspecting yung working hours ko. I work sa hospital kaya laging puyat. Puyat causes abnormality in oxygen level to our body. What I do is a simple meditation. I tell my self to relax whenever I feel nervousness.

Isa pang payo ko, dont smoke and stop drinking coffee. Eat the right foods.
