If you want to practice on ball toss, you can stand in front of a wall & try to toss para laging sa harap lang ang toss mo hinde masyadong mapupunta sa unahan mo.

... don't look at the net or the service box, concentrate on hitting the ball. if you hit the ball and put correct spin, it will surely be a good serve ...

My Personal Serve Techniques: Doubles game: 1.Wide Serve & Drop Serve Singles Game(Right Handed Opponent) 1. 70% of 1st serves goes to down the T 30% Spins Wide 2. 80% of my 2nd serves goes to the Opponents Backhand(You'll get at least one error point) 3. Visualize your toss, once decided do not hesitate 4. Be Positive at all times. 5. Hit the ball with conviction but calm. 6. Then Back to no. 1

depende kung nasaan ang receiver. favorite ko 1st serve body shot or T mas madaling ipasok sa T e. pag sa deuce court wide pag ad court slice sa T or kick wide. pero minsan lang to. body shot! pag lumutang return.. smashin mo papunta sa netter.

Dont think about it, the more you think about it the more likely it will happen.
There is no replacement to proper practice.
Use the serve that you practice, confidence lang yan. Wag yung serve na pinapasok lang.

Don't Fear Double Faults By Nick Bollettieri
1. Be Confident In 1995, Boris Becker promised me a big bonus if he won a top-level clay title. In the Monte Carlo final, he had match point against Thomas Muster in the fourth-set tiebreaker. Becker went for a 122-m.p.h. second serve and missed by two inches. He lost the fifth set at love, and there went my bonus. But Becker did the right thing: His serve was his biggest weapon, and he didn’t hold back. The second serve is a confidence shot, and no one hit it more confidently than Becker. That’s the attitude you need to strive for; you can only get there by "learning to accept double faults."
2. Play On Your Terms You can’t afford to be on the defensive when you serve. If you hit one dinky second serve after another, you’re not going to control too many points. Look at the double fault this way: If you hit one, at least you’re losing the point on your terms, not your opponent’s. You want to call the shots when you serve.
3. Go After It In Matches You can hit thousands of second serves in practice, but once the match starts, it will feel different. There’s more pressure in competition. It’s important to go after your second serves in a match because that’s where you need this weapon most. You may lose a few matches on double faults and feel like pulling your hair out, but that's O.K. It's for your own good.
4. Take It To Tough Returners The return game has improved immensely both on the pro tour and at the club level. It used to be that only Andre Agassi was a dangerous returner from both wings. Now almost every top pro can crush a weak second serve, no matter where it’s placed. At the club level, modern racquets and strings give the returner more stability, which in turn results in more power and fewer mishits. So if you hit a terrible second serve, it’s almost as bad as a double fault. You need to make your second serve as solid as possible. If that means a few double faults along the way, so be it.
5. Look Ahead Losing because of double faults will make you miserable. But cheer up, you’re preparing for the future, not worrying about the present, and that’s the best way to improve. Some people call the serve the easiest shot in tennis, because you have complete control over it. But it’s the toughest shot, too, since all the pressure is on you. If you double fault, there’s no one to blame but yourself. It takes time and lots of setbacks to learn to believe in yourself. The sooner you get started, the better.

Don't Fear The DOUBLE FAULT By: Rick Macci
Most players think one thing when they line up for a second serve: GET IT IN. This isn't a winning strategy. FEAR, not bad technique, is the chief enemy of a good second serve. It causes you to slow down your swing, lower your toss, and double fault more often than you would if you weren't so worried about missing in the first place. To overcome your fear, "YOU NEED TO ACCEPT DOUBLE FAULTS". NOT ALL OF THEM ARE BAD. If you hit through your serve and try for spin and placement, YOU MIGHT MISS, but at least it's a miss on your terms - and a MISS THAT EVENTUALLY WILL IMPROVE YOUR GAME.

no serve, no play. yun lang isipin nyo. eto experience ko jan eh. before, gusto kong magserve using top spins and flats ang nangyayari e puro double faults. for a limited tennis time bec of ofc works, di ko rin mapractice tong top spins and flat serve kaya ang game results ko puro bagsak, olats! bukod sa talo na ko, kakahiya din sa opponent ksi di mo sya mabigyan ng magandang laro bec sabi nga nila, no serve, no play. eto pinapractice ko ngayon yung parang may konting spin lang na bangga na walang masyadong knee bend. pangmatanda pero sometimes it works for me

Practice, practice and more practice. Napapansin ko lang pag hindi ko iniisip yung serve ko mas mataas ang percentage kahit lakasan ko pa yung second serve. Maybe dahil loose yung muscles.

More practice to build your confidence. On the game itself, don't think na nag double fault ka. As long as the game is just a friendly game, treat your service as practice serve parin.
