health magazines said that stretching after strenous workouts prevent or ease the soreness of our body. Kaya lang hindi ko pa na try mag stretching after ng strenous workout hehehe. I guess i have to try it one of these days hehe. Kiss

Muscle sorenes is caused by lactic acid. Lactic acid develops because there is not enough oxygen in you blood. You are exerting too much effort(anaerobic). To minimize soreness, try to take it easy and drink a lot of water.

Regular practice will also help. It will improve yur fitness, thus you will exert less effort.

ako i stretch before and after a game. drinking gatorade really helps nde ko lam kung psychological o ano pro feeling mo nde ka patang pata.. saka massage after a game...
