i dont have any plans guys, curious lang, may mga exams ba? practical exams certification ang mga coach/trainer? ano dinadaanan nilang exams dito sa pinas? licensed ba dapat lahat ng coach? thnx!

Kung tutuusin kahit sino puwede maging coach, instructor or trainer.  Halos walang pinagkaiba yan sa pagturo sa eskuwela.  Kahit naman sino puwedeng magturo ng Math, Science o kahit ano pa basta alam nila ang tinuturo nila.  Yung mga certification kagaya ng USPTA ay katulad ng pagkuha ng teaching credentials.  Yung certification nila ay patunay na ang kaalaman nila ay halintulad sa kaalman na based sa criteria ng organization.  Sinisigurado ng organization na merong standard na kaalaman ang bawat miyembro na certified.

there are quite a few certified teaching pros there both PTR and USPTA certified. just a matter of being comfortable with them. not everyone can be a teaching pro. you really need to know what you are doing.

if you want to be a trainer but don't know how to start, is there a website or any resource you could go to para matuto?

ang pagkaka alam ko kasi, knowing how to play tennis doesn't really mean that you can also teach tennis. iba ang pagtuturo sa paglalaro..
