raks,
You can argue all you want, you can run, and you can even hide if you are scared, but i would not endorse someone to coach or train ANYONE without the competitive top playing experience. Im sorry i cannot apologize to you and all unqualified coaches. I would not advise anyone to throw their money away.

So if you are not a coach, then don't worry no one wants to get their money back from you.. IF you feel confident about the sports prove yourself, play to see if you can apply what you teach. See how it feels to be scared shitless in front of thousands of spectators.. if you have not been there.. dont even talk about it..
Really IM just looking for someone to have fun in the court. You would be fun to play around with.. he he. Someone in an emotional distress of insecurity.... and honestly, i do really like to travel to places to have fun playing. Would you be kind to host?

My bluff works, i just wanted to see how you respond He h eh e. you probably beat the krack out of me..

Ohhh, those coaches/trainers you mentioned, i can guarantee you they had some kind of experience of themselves you just dont know it. They cannot be leaders unless they learn to be followers... You can not teach what you do not know..dont throw any money away,  unless you're looking for a tax shelter!! he eh.
By the way, seriously nasan ka sa east coast? hindi naman kita hahanapin eh!! assasinatin lang!! he he biro lang..

Well, I suppose when we start losing our grip on the discussion, we can always divert the attention from the issue by bluffs, intimidation and threats.

I get the joke, hehehe. I’ll give you the bragging rights if that makes you happy. But, you haven’t given a definitive answer to the question.  Huh I guess that in itself is an answer. We’ll just have to agree to disagree and allow the forum to fall on either side of the issue.

At least Sir Addie is enjoying this  Grin

Contempt and humiliation are the absence of respect, as are a sense of being unheard or not understood. The absence of respect or a perceived lack of respect often leads to conflict at an individual, family and societal level. Since the first key step to building strong relationships is respect, the absence of respect or the breakdown of respect are also key factors in the breakdown of relationships and in the occurrence of conflict. Relationships and contacts that are built without the presence of respect are seldom long term or sustainable.

I hope this thread will not create contempt & humiliation.. We are PTO family…. =)  CHEERS TO ALL OF US!

It’s just a joke, perhaps to lighten up the moment hehehe. Although I heard junbug is dispatching a couple of snipers to poordoy’s location.

to the forum
My apologies if my posts somehow deteriorated into being contemptuous and disrecpectful.  I tried my hardest to stick to the issue at hand and use facts to support my position, to take the high road without having to resort to personal attacks.

The truth is, poordoy and I are communicating privately and we’re starting a friendship born from a common love for the sport. We’ll probably meet up one of these days, have some coffee and we’ll hit the courts where I’m going to drive a Penn # 3 ball right between his eyes. Shocked Shocked Shocked Grin Grin Grin

hi mga sir, i think each one of you had the points taken already...and both of them were greatly explained....well its just a matter of anyone where they're best fitted on whoever kind of coaches/trainor they want to have.

And i think the best thing that had happened, was the clinic being held every sunday at rizal memorial, and im one of those students (frankly its the cheapest way of learning tennis, i longed for this throught the years...on my thought tennis are for the rich people who could afford personal trainings)...on what i was thinking is that, anyone could have teacher/trainor but its up to the students on what would be result of whoever is the best coach/trainor as qualified...

students learned/skilled training is the sum of all both of your points.

napadaan lang... Grin Grin Grin Grin

so tell me doy. me. again.... wasting money....as an instructor/coach to attend  workshops symposiums seminars conducted by the PTR, ITF or even USPTA or the USTA.  buy tennis teaching aids and instructional DVD's to help improve my quality of instruction. is that wasting money? or are you telling me if i was a new player or student to the game or someone looking for a coach who's not certified or affiliated with a recognized tennis teaching organization.
just so you (and everyone else) knows. i volunteer my time teaching tennis to inner city and minority children in portland during the summer. the person i help with the summer program has given away rackets (HEAD)and shoes (adidas) to these kids who would not be able to afford such items. i've personally met some of the kids who went through the program go on to get a scholarship and play tennis in college. i've turned down hundreds of $$$$ from individuals who were willing to pay me on the weekends for lessons just so i can take care of the players on the high school tennis team. i have 4 players out of 10. these are freshmen who bought into the system.
as far as you telling me to send my money instead to feed hungry kids there instead of spending it on the items i mentioned earlier just shows how you need to do a better job communicating your statements and being more specific. i have better things to do and i hope you will improve on your communication skills....
sorry for being straightforward.
