Hi Tennis fanatics! I am sure you have noted that the Philta homepage has been down for quite sometime. In view of such, we thought it might be worthwhile to have a forum such as this in order for Filipino tennis ethusiasts worldwide to interact and discuss about current events, upcoming and ongoing tennis tournaments held under the auspices of Philta, current rankings, tennis tips, and anything else related to tennis.
Feel free to post anything and keep on visiting.

woot.. salamat sa pagregister! hehe... oo madalas din ako dun sa PEX kaso nga la talaga yong pang tennis lang.. So naisip ko na bakit hindi gumawa.. Sana nga dumami pa, invite your friends na tenista hehe... I'll mr louie to post tourneys para masaya... Tsaka sana kapag dumami na tao dito eh magkaron ng interclub tourney haha.. mga pangarap... woot.. gusto ko na bumalik sa pagtetennis...

Nice to have a tennis forum. There was one before pinoytennis pero biglang wala na hehehe. I'm from QC and usually play in Philam. May Milo Tournament doon every weekend, nagumpisa ata last sat - - collegiate level. Unfortunately, dahil rainy season minsan matches are suspended dahil outdoor yung courts.

Hi Albs! Musta na tennis sa parteng North of Manila? Actually, we like the shell courts in Philam. Si Coach Jovy pa rin ba ang coach n'yo there? Kindly ask him to drop by the forum. Wala pang entry yung coach's corner. We want sana to have a roster of Tennis Coaches here in the Philippines posted in the forum together with their addresses/contacts so those who want to get seriously into training would know who to approach in their area. Like sa area ko sa Paranaque/Las Pinas, andoon sina Coach Gani Vergara, Chris Cuarto, etc.

Bambi is now starting to compete in abroad... she'll gonna join itf tourney in malyasia nxt month.. Bambi has a tentative schedule for sept until dec but still planning if she can join those tournamnts coz it depends on her budget..ehhee.. if someone will fund for my sister's trip she can join more itf tournamnts this year.. rank 700 sumthing na rin po cia eh...u can check out our website for infos about us.. we'll gonna update it this month.. kya u can see her sched for september.. www.zoletachamps.com .. ... thanx po )po.. |

Dito sa subdivision namin may isang open hard court at dito ako madalas maglaro on weekends. Pag tag-ulan naman ay naglalaro kami sa Orchard. |

Here's a workaround. This image is taken from MTC where ruud and pedro posts. The image is not actually attached but an inline image fetching the image from MTC. What i did is enclose the image link " http://manilatonight.com/uploads/post-28598-1156909358.jpg" with "img" tag. ... and here's the result. That's pedro serving, with Francis at the net. On the receiving end are ruud (receiver) with an MTC member, xes, at the net.  And another one, ruud serving... receiving are billy and marlyn.  |

Hi Maui/Oliver! Francis and the other players are planning to play at Citadella Tennis Club this coming Thursday (6:00 p.m. onwards). I might be able to join you at around 7:00 p.m. because I will still be coming from Makati and medyo ma-traffic. Will try to be there earlier. For info on location of Citadella, rates ng courts, etc., please check the earlier threads. Maui, if you haven't bought yet a racket, I suggest wag muna. Try mo gumamit ng different rackets before you buy. Iba't ibang klase yan for different types of players. Baka makabili ka na di suited sa game mo. I have an extra (hammer 5.  and if you will join us sa Thursday, gamitin mo muna and try it. Sina Francis and the others, baka may dala din na extra. |

I have an extra Head Liquidmetal Radical Midplus. I'll bring it with me para ma-try ni maui. May Prince din ako na nasa hiraman. Longbody naman ito, midplus din (95 sq in). Kung makukuha ko sa nanghiram sa akin e dadalhin ko din ito.
