One way to help you learn to deal with match pressure is to make every point in practice important.

also, some says treat all points as MATCH points! it'll also relieve you from pressure later on

nakaka injury ata yang attitude na ganyan.  laugh ala jimmy connors.

Baka injury that you can get from your opponent when he gets mad.   Grin

For players of average height, hard, flat serves have to just barely clear the net, or they will go long. Only very tall players can get hard, flat serves in consistently enough to make them pay off. Adding some topspin will increase your margin of clearance over the net to several times larger

eto naman sakin edreams.. Triple X (XXX)

x-tend your patience - never let your emotions affect your game specially when you commit mistakes. you need to focus on each point

x-amine your opponents body movement and position. most of the time, your opponent's position before hitting the ball will tell you which way the ball is heading or what kind of shot he'll be taking

x-pect nothing until the game is over - a lot of players suddenly become over confident when they're ahead of the game. thinking that they have a few points to spare. this is a huge mistake for players. never let your guard down. and some loose the will to fight because they're down by a big margin. play to win until the last point is won. play the game, one point at a time...

hindi naman. ang ibig lang sabihin nito, lahat ng point ay equally important. sa ganitong attitude, no point is less important kaya whether is the first game of the match or the deciding point, it doesn't matter. you treat each point as important as the other, no exception. this type of mental conditioning starts during practice games.

One way to help you learn to deal with match pressure is to make every point in practice important.

also, some says treat all points as MATCH points! it'll also relieve you from pressure later on
