Maganda din pala ang Villamor. Walang masyadong bad bounce ung court. Ok naman yung ventilation. Pwede sa guests at yung pinaka court manager nila madaling kausap. Reasonable din rates. Ang problema ko lang hindi mo makita yung service box at baseline from the other end of the court. Kailangan may pag ka madam auring ka ng konti at huhulaan mo nalang. Tsaka si Sgt-no-slippers sa gate. correct ka darkwing, kahit kami nun nag transfer kami from rizal to villamor dahil sa ulan, nanibago kaming lahat nde ko talaga makita un service line, kaya puro double fault ako, pero ok dun un ngalang pag walang car mahirap pumunta at going home, lalakarin mo up to the gate, Heheheh , if you're playing in Villamor, play at the new courts and not the old one. On the old one kasi, they're still using the old way of marking the lines by putting chalks..... As for the new courts, before playing, tell the ballboy to clean first the lines before you play. By the way, the lines in the new courts are made of cement so expect that the bounce will change if the ball hits the lines. As for the SGT at the gate, no comment ako doon Just follow the rules if you really want to go inside the base..... Sa new courts na kami nag laro lakay. Like I've said the courts are in good condition. Pero even the semented lines aren't much help. Malabo talaga and you can't see it from the other side of the court. Baka hindi lang siguro na brush nung naglaro kami. As for the rules, ok lang he's just following CG's orders. Like most enlisted men their way of approaching things leaves much to be desired, whatever branch of service. I'm all too familiar with it.

Hi
Arriving Manila on Oct 8, 2008. Will be staying in Makati (San Lorenzo Village).
Where is the nearest tennis court? Is it fairly easy to pick up games there?
Thanks, Albert

hi Albert - did you ever get to play at San Lorenzo? sino pedeng ma contact? thanks, Same here, interested of playing at San Lorenzo Village, if non-residents are ever allowed. Might be able to play there maybe next week, but for a training with coach Teng. Will insuire na lang din for outsiders interested to play. I ususally play badminton at Assumption College, so I got curious with the tennis court there. -jenny

I was able to play at San Lorenzo and their court rate is P220 per hour ... in the evening, there's an additional P100 per hour for the lights... also, there's a P50 guest fee for non-residents ... They have a good in house coach and very able trainers
My mobile phone number is 09175235415. For those interested to play in that area, we can maybe organize games for weeknights or weekends.
Contact number for the San Lorenzo tennis courts is 8937527 ... I got to meet coach Teng Flores.

Everyone, sorry I posted that number without even checking first. I also always get a busy tone when I tried dialing it. I just saw it printed at the receipt and assumed. I only have the mobile phone number of coach Teng Flores who is a regular at San Lorenzo tennis courts. Should you have questions about coaching sessions and maybe additional details about the courts, you can contact him at 09178979977.
@rainier - I'm free at weeknights except on Thursdays. Got your mobile phone number just in case.
